Some stories begin with a dream.
Ours began as two brothers, two guitars, and an unstoppable desire to create music.
Blonde Brothers is the artistic project born from the musical connection between Luca and Francesco Baù, two brothers from Italy who transformed their passion for songwriting into an international artistic journey.From a very young age, they began writing songs in both Italian and English, using music as their purest form of expression. What started in a small town soon became something much bigger.

After years performing live across Northern Italy, Blonde Brothers released their debut album: LIGHTS AND SHADOWS

An album exploring the contrast between light and darkness, telling stories about life, love, emotions and society.
That same summer, they won the prestigious Vociferando Festival in Bologna, reaching the finals of the Festival delle Arti, where they received recognition from legendary Italian artist Andrea Mingardi.
The journey had officially begun.

In March 2013, Blonde Brothers were invited to Melbourne, Australia to present their music overseas.
They performed in multiple venues, including the historic Veneto Club, while being interviewed by Rete Italia Melbourne and several Australian radio stations.

For the first time, their music crossed borders. And it changed everything.

Later that year they participated in Area Sanremo, gaining the attention of producers and music industry professionals.
Soon after, they released their second album: BRUCIA

2014 became a breakthrough year.

They performed in Piazza Maggiore, Bologna, during the “Hey Joe” event. They opened for major Italian artists at the Wave Music Awards, sharing the stage with:

• Alexia • Moreno • Nathalie
Later that year they performed in front of a jury featuring Mogol and Simone Cristicchi. They won a scholarship for the prestigious CET Music School, founded by Mogol himself.

In 2015 Blonde Brothers released Fly Your Mind and reached the final selection of Amici Castings, competing among thousands of artists.

Then came a turning point.

In early 2016 they released:

FEELING BLUE

Produced by renowned producer Enrico Kikko Palmosi.

The song entered the Italian iTunes Top 20 for two consecutive weeks.

Momentum was building.

On April 8th 2016 Blonde Brothers released: 
FLYING LIKE A BIRDA song celebrating:
• Freedom • Equality • Identity • Breaking social barriers

The single stayed in the Italian iTunes Top 20 for six consecutive days. Soon after: • Over 1 Million YouTube Views • Among the most listened songs of Summer 2016
• National media attention across Italy

That same year they became National Semi-finalists of Festival di Castrocaro.
And on September 11th, they won the Festival delle Arti Pop Rock Category, performing in front of judges including:

• Omar Pedrini • Paolo Mengoli • Barbara Cola

In July 2017 Blonde Brothers appeared on “The Winner Is”, hosted by Gerry Scotti and Mara Maionchi, finishing in 2nd place.

Later that summer they performed live in front of 100.000+ people. Sharing stages with The Kolors, Francesca Michielin and Elodie. 

In October, they departed for a US Tour. One unforgettable stop: Whisky a go go – Los Angeles.
One of the most iconic stages in rock history.

The following years brought constant artistic growth. New singles: • Maggie • California • Io Resto a Casa Mia.

In 2018 they released: HEY HEY HEY  During this period they shared the stage with: • Irama • Fred De Palma • Emma Muscat 

During the Covid period they released: SMUOVIAMO LA CITTÀ A project that remained on Italian radio charts for multiple weeks.

A new artistic chapter began.

First came: POZZO SENZA FONDO  Then, on June 21st 2022: EMOZIONI FAST FOOD released together with the single:  BIG BANG The success was immediate. • Over 5 weeks in Italian radio charts • YouTube Trending Video in Italy

The music video was directed by acclaimed director Antonello Belluco .

In September 2022 Blonde Brothers won the prestigious: MIMÌ SARÀ AWARD  Soon after, they performed in Milan alongside:

• Ermal Meta • Tiromancino • Mario Venuti • Gaia

In January 2024 their song: 

RAMBO was officially classified as  “Popular on TikTok”, reaching millions of views and becoming one of their most viral releases.

In June 2024 they performed on the SBAM Stage , alongside: • Ackeejuice Rockers, Jovanotti• DJ Moiz • Karol Diac.

On June 21st 2024 they released a dance reinterpretation of: THE SOUND OF SILENCE together with DJ Fabio Mason  which later entered the legendary: Hit Mania Dance Estate 2024

Blonde Brothers are currently working on their sixth studio album . 
The new project is being produced alongside acclaimed producers: Pietro Foresti  Luca Urbani!

A new sound. A new era. A bigger vision. And this is only the beginning.
